These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Elsewhere on Wheels ("Elsewhere on Wheels," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using Elsewhere on Wheels' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services
Elsewhere on Wheels provides motorcycle tour, training and coaching services. The details and specifications of these services are outlined on our website and are subject to change at our discretion. Except where explicitly stated, our tour, training and coaching services do not lead to the award of industry credentials or qualifications. 

3. Payments and Refund Policy
Full payment for our services is required in advance of access to our services. A deposit is to be made on the website at the time of booking. You may elect to pay in full at the time of booking, or you will be issued an invoice for billing of the remaining portion of the service fee owing. Pricing is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any transaction fees and relevant sales taxes are included at checkout. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Details regarding refunds are specified in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on our website and social media, including text, graphics, logos, images, descriptions of services and software, is the exclusive property of Elsewhere on Wheels, or has been licensed for use by us, and is protected by intellectual property law. Any training and tour content, materials, concepts, programs, curriculum and resources used throughout the provision of our services (including but not limited to during tours, coaching sessions, courses, classes, or through communications about our services through written, verbal and other formats), is the exclusive property of Elsewhere on Wheels and is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws, with exclusive rights reserved. Unauthorised reproduction, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited in any form without express written prior consent of Elsewhere on Wheels. We are committed to enforcing our rights by taking action against a person or entity for any breaches of Intellectual Property and Copyright law.

5. Limitation of Liability
Elsewhere on Wheels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or engagement with our content.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth and Northern Territory of Australia. Any legal actions arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms
Elsewhere on Wheels reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
