Learn the skills, gain the confidence, live the adventure!
Accelerated rider development
Purposeful training is the most effective way to build skills and confidence on the bike. By dedicating a small amount of time to regular and intentional practise, you can rapidly accelerate your development of skills and confidence on the bike.
Regular group coaching uses an organised curriculum to work on growing riders' proficiency, in a supportive and enjoyable environment. We'll have a blast together while honing our skills! Together, we'll focus on building the core skills that will get you to the next level of off-road natural terrain riding (enduro and adventure) - whether it's for a weekend ride or a big trip.
All bike types and ages can be accommodated.

The curriculum
We train using a few important concepts: neuroplasticity and muscle-memory. In fast-paced sports we need to train our mind and body to be able to go through the motions with very little time to think. We also need the endurance to be able to execute our skills when we need to!
To become proficient in complex skills, we must firstly break down complex manoeuvres into individual steps and build these into our muscle memory. And train our bodies to have the endurance to use these skills out on a trail. An example of what this looks like in riding is, if we want to improve our "cornering", we need to firstly work on body positioning, balance, braking and clutch control.
Our curriculum caters to adult learning and focuses on honing in on the individual components of each skill, perfecting these with carefully crafted drills that are not only a tonne of fun, but help our ride fitness and trick our minds into repetitively practicing each individual component, and finally stringing them together in real-world settings. And if you’re feeling confident, we can scale things to keep the level of challenge super interesting and fun! This is the secret sauce for rapid improvement with some dedicated time to regular training.
We will cover all general aspects of off-road rider skills, including clutch/throttle and brake control, body positioning and balance, cornering, obstacles, hills and troubleshooting.
Positive experiences
Skills and confidence are best built incrementally, in safe, controlled and supportive environments. With a little something for everyone to challenge themselves at just the right level.
Building the skills does not need to involve pushing beyond our physical or mental limits and should not be frightening, disheartening or boring. Learning should always be fun and leave us inspired for more! We focus on providing positive and enjoyable learning experiences that equip riders for real-world adventures.
