Ready to take your off-road riding to the next level? This online program has been designed to get you performing at your best yet. If you have an adventure coming up, want a competitive edge, or you simply want to become a better rider, this is your formula to level up.
Who's it for?
This program is suitable for all riders at beginner or intermediate levels. It is designed to grow better off-road trail, enduro or adventure riders, no matter your riding background, your current physical fitness level, age or gender.
This course is primarily designed with female-specific conditioning in mind, but is suitable to build skills and strength in all riders, as it is flexible and scalable.
Why this program?
This program is a product of my own journey. I have been relentless my process of skills development and physical conditioning, working with many professionals along the way. Putting all the pieces of the puzzle together to meet my goals as a female adventure and enduro rider wasn't straightforward, as there wasn't somewhere I could go to address all of my rider development needs in one place.
Through coaching and guiding other female riders, I saw the where focused development made a huge difference. I also saw the barriers, where the market doesn't focus on specific physical training and conditioning aspects of rider development for women, alongside skills development.
This program, years in the making, brings all of my most important learnings together, with expert input, to deliver an all-in-one package to rapidly develop riders. It is my tried and tested formula.
What does the program involve?
This course combines targeted physical conditioning with skills development, to emulate common challenges and prepare riders for real world situations.
Skills and physical development are built with smart, intentional and informed training. The program uses purposeful drills to develop foundational skills, alongside physical conditioning, then brings everything together in emulated settings.
By having greater skills and physical capabilities, riding becomes easier. You exert less energy, you worry less, you have more fun, you travel with confidence, you ride longer and harder, you recover faster. All good things for adventuring, trail riding or competing.
How long does it take?
This is a 12 week program. A separate 4-week pre-program is included as essential conditioning for those new to resistance training.
Proficiency as a rider is consolidated over time, which is why this program includes a maintenance plan to keep using well after the 12 weeks. It is also why program enrolment has no expiry date. Come back and repeat the training, or self-pace if you need more time, or take a pause if needed. The content will remain available to you.
